I had a frustrating experience with this office, mainly around scheduling and communication. A couple of weeks ago, my appointment was moved up to a sooner date, which I appreciated. However, the day of that appointment, I was told it was canceled due to a family emergency and the doctor wouldn’t be coming in. While I understand emergencies happen, it was disappointing given the last-minute nature after already rearranging my schedule. More recently, I received a voicemail saying my appointment had been given away because I didn’t confirm by noon. The call came early in the morning, and I was not aware there was a strict same-day confirmation requirement. This policy was never explained to me when scheduling, so losing the appointment over an unwritten expectation was frustrating. To be transparent, when I called back, I was upset and expressed that frustration. I could have handled that part better. However, instead of working toward a solution, I was told the office might not be a good fit, which felt dismissive given the circumstances. My daughter was here for surgery and the whole team was great from beginning to end the anesthesia provider Lonnie Was so sweet and gentle. The clinical team was very kind and informative. Thank you so much for taking care of my daughter.

Can't say enough about this clinic! My son had 2 different procedures here and was treated so well. The team seemed to genuinely care about his comfort before AND after his appointments. Not to mention, the scheduling department accommodated our multiple re-schedules. Thank you Sleep Dentistry!! Professional, patient and caring 😎

Very professional! I had not been to the dentist in several years and so I was worried about what I might find out. The exam process was smooth and efficient and Dr. Wilson and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I needed a good cleaning and one filling, and they explained everything to me and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend Sleep Dentistry!

I drove 1½ hours to Sleep Dentistry of Spokane hoping to finally receive safe, trauma-informed dental care. I sought this office specifically because I have significant dental trauma from past procedures where I was drilled without adequate numbing and told to “man up” while in pain. I have extensive dental work that needs to be done, which is exactly why I sought sleep dentistry. After the exam, I was told I did not qualify for sleep dentistry, not based on any anesthesia evaluation or airway assessment. The anesthesiologist refused to come see me or consider my case, and instead the office manager was sent in to deliver the decision. The only options offered were standard local numbing or nitrous (laughing gas). As an autistic adult, these options do not work for me. I have severe anxiety related to needles and the sound of the drill, which the office was made aware of. No meaningful alternatives were discussed, and no referral for hospital-based anesthesia was offered. To make matters worse, I was casually told to “go to my primary and get on Ozempic,” which was completely inappropriate, unrelated to dental care, and dismissive rather than compassionate.
